Because we want to continue to offer an unlimited number of financially assisted tickets and pay our performers properly\, pay an ASL interpreter\, pay our Consent Captain\, buy local\, etc. – we have to utilize venues that are financially feasible for us otherwise we simply can’t afford to put on more shows. The VEC is very supportive of the arts\, and offers a very generous discounted rate. Plus they are an amazing team to work with\, and a non-profit who is trying their very best.
